Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the unopened hair extensions and original invoice inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
